We have taken an over painted Art Deco Solid Rimu Step Bookcase and brought it back to life with a little re-imagination. The bottom is a stain black paint finish with the two tier shape making it more stable and practical plus a little glamour with brass screws. Signs of the old personality left to keep the vintage look. See original pic below.
